Support Ontario Youth (SOY)

As an industry, we are committed to helping support young Canadians in embarking on an exciting and fulfilling career in skilled trades. The Canadian Corrugated and Containerboard Association (CCCA) is proud to support SOY.

SOY moves forward with Industrial Electricians in their apprenticeship program after receiving approval from Ontario’s Ministry of Labour, Training, and Skills Development. SOY bridges students in the industrial trades to employers, like the members of the Canadian Corrugated and Containerboard Association (CCCA). Having successfully implemented apprenticeship program for Millwrights, the focused has continued to expand to support industrial electricians.

CCCA and SOY are eager to support incoming apprentices in their careers in the trades, which will provide them with an exciting and stable career and help ensure a stronger and healthier workforce for future generations.
